On the first floor there is a charmingly furnished living room connected to a large cooking and dining area. There is also a bathroom with shower.



On the second floor, you can spend peaceful nights in a bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. On this floor there is another bedroom with a double bed and a separate bathroom with shower. There is also a lounge room with access to the upper terrace, where you can spend time with the family in front of the fireplace.



A further bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, two bedrooms with two single beds each and a separate bathroom with shower are located on the second floor.



The beautifully maintained garden with pool is certainly one of the plus points of this villa. The spacious terrace is the perfect place to enjoy the Istrian climate, relax in the inviting outdoor jacuzzi, read a book and simply enjoy your well-deserved vacation.



In the garden there is an additional dining area with a barbecue where you can spend warm evenings with your family and prepare traditional Istrian dishes.



If you feel like being active, the house has a volleyball or badminton court. The villa also offers private parking for up to 2 vehiclesThe villa is located near the small village of Vizinada. The nearest beaches are within a 20-minute drive from the villa, and the nearest airport - Pula, is only 50 km away. The villa is located in the northern part of Istria, near the Mirna river valley, where undoubtedly the most famous and attractive Istrian medieval town of Motovun is located, as well as another Istrian jewel: Groznjan, a small must-see town. The whole area has a wide selection of excellent local restaurants, and the region is famous for one of the best truffles in the world.
