The bedroom has a 160 bed and the lottery is new. Very quiet as it overlooks the back of the building with no opposite view.

Small bathroom with shower, 1 sink and toilet.



Autonomous arrival 24/7 from 5:00 PM

Access information to the accommodation will be communicated to you at 10 AM on the day of your arrival.

Departure at 11:00 AM (unless prior agreement)

Free parking spaces are located in front of the accommodation.



I am discreet but remain available for my travelers in case of need.



For monthly rentals you benefit from a rate. However, you must plan (paid in addition) a cleaning service per week (imposed by the owner): changing sheets, bath towels, cleaning.
