Welcome to our cozy 3-bedroom home, thoughtfully designed to offer you a comfortable and secure stay in Vista, San Diego.

This 980 square feet cozy home is the ideal spot whether you're here for a family vacation, a business trip, or a weekend getaway. Our home has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Unwind in the master bedroom, featuring a luxurious king-size bed with plush linens. This spacious and serene room is perfect for a restful night’s sleep after a day of exploring the city. It also has access to the back patio where you can relax and read a book under an umbrella.

The second bedroom comes with another king bed with plenty of storage and natural light.

The third bedroom offers a comfortable and cozy space, ideal for additional guests or children.

All bedrooms are equipped with a smart TV.

Our full kitchen has modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare your favorite meals. Whether you’re cooking up a quick breakfast or hosting a family dinner, you’ll have everything at your fingertips.

There's a mini-split in the living area and the bedrooms which provides heat and air for the home.

There are two full bathrooms with the essentials provided. No more waiting in line! There's enough bathroom space for everybody.

Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a Pack 'n Play/crib, making it easy to accommodate your youngest travelers. We strive to make your stay as convenient and stress-free as possible.

Your safety and peace of mind are our top priorities. The property is equipped with external surveillance devices, ensuring a secure environment during your stay. Rest easy knowing you’re in a safe and well-monitored space.

Parking is available with EV charging outlet (please bring your own cable and adapter.) This property is in a secured gated compound, ensuring guest's safety.

➤ Most guests prefer to drive their own car or rent one, but you also have the option to get around by train, walking, or using buses. For added convenience, you can use the “Uber” app or call a taxi.

➤ External Surveillance: For your security and peace of mind, the property is equipped with three external surveillance cameras located at the parking area, front entrance, and back of the house. We will also be adding a fourth camera at the dumpster in front.

➤ Parking: You have access to one dedicated parking space, and we provide an extra parking spot for another vehicle. Note that there is no alternative parking available after check-out.

➤ EV Charging Outlet (240V) Available – We provide a 240V charging outlet only; guests must bring their own charging cables and adapters. Our outlet has been successfully used by Tesla, Rivian, Ford EV, and Chevy EV owners with their own equipment.

Thank you for following our house rules!

1. Cancellation Policy for Direct Booking Long-Term Reservations (30 days or more):
● For reservations of 30 days or longer, a separate cancellation policy applies:
● Guests will receive a full refund if they cancel at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in date.
● A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made between 14 and 29 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
● No refund will be provided for cancellations made 13 days or fewer before the scheduled check-in date.

2. If you are a local resident, you must contact us before booking

3. Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm; sound will travel through the walls if too loud.

4. No parties or events allowed

5. Guest must provide us with a valid ID that matches their credit card information

6. Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible

7. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no "smoking" includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and "use of fire" includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed

8. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund

9. Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. We're sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them

10. Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in)

11. As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we require a midterm cleaning for reservations lasting 30 days or longer. The midterm cleaning will take place on the 15th day of your reservation. This cleaning is mandatory and is designed to ensure the continued cleanliness and hygiene of the property

12. The cleaning fee for the mandatory mid-stay clean will be deducted from your security deposit or through Airbnb resolutions if you booked via Airbnb

13. Pets allowed. We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few additional rules:
● No more than two animals
● Pets are not allowed on furniture & please clean up after your pets (doggy doo-doo bags are provided)
● Do not leave your pet home alone unless crated
