Villa Ansi Exclusive is a luxurious modern holiday home in small place Anzici near lovely hill town Višnjan in central Istria. Numerous sights in Porec, Novigrad, Motovun, Pazin are nearby. The house is situated on a fenced 1580sqm plot and offers guests the following outdoor facilities: 30sqm pool, sun loungers, well-kept lawn, summer kitchen with barbecue, covered spacious terrace and several parking spaces. In the large outdoor area you will also find play facilities for the little ones, table tennis and 6 bicycles. The holiday home has a living space of 260 sqm spread over two floors and can accommodate up to 8 persons. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining room, cozy living room with plenty of natural light through the large glass walls, TV and fireplace, a bathroom and one of the 4 Bedroom, which again has its own bathroom.
On the first floor there are three more bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and the balcony with garden furniture and a beautiful view.
