This spacious house is located in Višnjan and only in a few minutes drive you can find a shop, freshly baked bread in a nearby bakery and one of the better taverns offering Istrian specialties. In its garden of 600 sqm, guests have at their disposal an infinity pool, 6 deck chairs, parasol, covered terrace with dining table overlooking the olive grove, barbecue and two parking spaces.



Villa Kadore for 6 people with a total area of ​​280 sqm spreads over three fully air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with access to the pool, fully equipped kitchen and dining table, two bedrooms with double bed and one bathroom. On the first floor there is a terrace with sitting furniture, a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom. In the basement, guests have at their disposal a tavern with a kitchen and an additional room with a billiard table and recreation equipment and a shower/toilet.

The villa is located near the highway. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
