All bedrooms have air conditioning, TVs and en-suite bathrooms. For more relaxation and the true holiday feeling, unwind in the beautiful, well-tended garden where you will find 8 sun loungers, a gazebo and indigenous Mediterranean herbs. Here you can also admire 3 centuries-old olive and oak trees, which will protect you from sunburn in the natural shade. All rooms located on the ground floor have an exit to the pool and garden. If you are travelling with children, there are plenty of activities for everyone - from table tennis to sports equipment for volleyball in the pool or football. For special evenings and gatherings, the basement hides a spacious tavern with a bar, TV and a wine cellar to keep your flavoursome wines cool. This area, with an additional shower for those who want to freshen up from the pool, is located on the lowered part of the ground floor.

Porec is only 12 km away and offers many sights and tourist activities, from the old town centre with the Euphrasian Basilica (part of the UNESCO heritage), to numerous restaurants, bars and cultural events. If you find accommodation here, be sure to visit Porec. This beautiful, touristy town is well worth your time. In any case, you should also get to know Visnjan better. If you are interested in stars and other celestial bodies, be sure to visit the famous observatory in the small village of Tican, 3 kilometres from Visnjan. Apart from a few cycling trails (Parenzana passing through Visnjan and the so-called 29 km long Star Trail), this area is known for its eno-gastro-tourism (try prut-traditional smoked ham, truffles, local wine and olive oil).
