Villa Fontanella is a newly built rustical holiday home located at the edge of the picturesque town of Višnjan with a fantastic panoramic sea view.

In Višnjan, which centre is just 500 m from the house we find grocery shops, bakery, restaurant, pizzeria, an infirmary and other useful facilities, while Poreč and its beaches is at just 12 km from the place. On a completely enclosed property of 900 sqm with a nice lawn, the Villa Fontanella offers to its guests a 28 sqm large swimming pool, a covered terrace with dining table with chairs and lounge corner, one more covered terrace with barbecue and dining table as well as parking places for two vehicles.



The house is for 6 guests and has 135 sqm on two floors. On the ground floor there's an air-conditioned living room with fireplace and large glass doors through which there's a stunning panoramic sea view, fully equipped kitchen with dining table, one air-conditioned bedroom with double bed, shower/toilet and a play room with table tennis. On the 1st floor there are two air-conditioned two-guests bedrooms, each with double bed and panoramic sea view, bathroom/toilet in the corridor with one shower and one bathtub. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
