This big old charming house Viroqua

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. VERY short walk to anytime fitness, the movie theater, McDonald's, Pizza Hut and Subway. Short drive to Viroqua's thriving downtown and wonderful local restaurants. This is a beautiful, old farm house and the only residential house in the area. Washer and dryer, all cleaning supplies (dish soap, laundry soap, etc) are here, fully stocked kitchen (with basics like olive oil, salt, pepper, etc), massage chair (needed after a hard day of anything). Large 3 season room and deck.
The space
Variety of beds (plush, firm, memory foam) and pillows (bamboo, fluffy, flatter, memory foam) so everyone should be able to find something they like.
Guest access
Check in is with a keypad located on the front door. It will be programmed with the last 4 digits of the phone number you give us. There is a patio door that is locked until you open it from the inside.
Guests are welcome to explore the whole house, except the basement is just our storage.
Other things to note
Pets are welcome but please keep them on the main floor as the upstairs has new carpeting. There is a small fenced in area off the deck but it will not hold strong dogs or dogs that can jump over 4 feet (they are welcome but don't trust the fence with them).
Almost everything in the house was purchased brand new recently. Please treat things kindly so others can enjoy them as well. Thank You so much

We were in town for a wedding and the house was perfect. The house was fully stocked from snacks and coffee to little things that you never thing you will need but do. The house was very clean and we enjoyed reading about the hosts' travels and descriptions of items throughout the house. This house was perfect for hosting our family and we would highly recommend it.

The house was clean and decorated with interesting art and geodes. I liked the labeling on all light switches and kitchen cabinets which saved a lot of searching. Nice deck area. The jukebox was a hit. Really nice accommodation.

My family was in town for a wedding. The house was a perfect fit for us , with plenty of space. The original beauty of the house makes you think youā€™re in the country. Very convenient location with great amenities.

Trout fishing and mushroom hunting vacation

Home is unique and beautiful, spacious, comfy, and well stocked. The trade off for being right in town was worth it. We were still close to many fishing areas and hiking trails to keep us busy during the day, and coming back to such an inviting home was a pleasure.

A shopping center oasis

Everything you could possibly need is there for you. We spent a lot of time around the giant dining room table. Especially enjoyed the candy and snacks. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the bottle of wine, but what a nice welcome. One person in our party owns a home cleaning business and she just marveled at the cleanliness of the whole place, right down to the sink drains! Check in and communication was very simple. so thank you Staci for and enoyable stay. We might be back.

Welcoming

We headed to this area for a pilgrimage to the Shrine in LaCrosse. While the house may not be in the most picturesque location, it did not take anything away from such a great experience staying there. The house is big, clean, charming and full of character. The host did not hold back on the kitchenware, appliances, or furnishings. It has everything one needs. We had a great time, felt at home, and recommend this house to anyone staying in the area.

OMG - STAY HERE!

Hands down best verbo. It is exactly what it says. It is a farmhouse, everything has a label. Every light switch, tells you what it's for. The house is completely furnished with everything you need. Patio is beautiful! The location is perfect just when you think you're in the middle of a parking lot, head down to the fire pit and you are very secluded.

Great stay for family reunion

Wonderful family friendly property with tons of space. Never had a home stay so well stocked. There was even an infant bathtub and stroller in the closet! Back deck wasnā€™t private but still nice to sit on. Convenient location, but spent our days elsewhere. Would definitely stay again!

Best VRBO property to date!

The property has an interesting location, but once you get inside, youā€™re in awe! Not only is it a beautiful home, but itā€™s the cleanest maintained property Iā€™ve ever stayed at. The owners have every conceivable item provided for you inside the property. There are snacks put out in a very welcoming way, only to discover farm fresh eggs, beverages, and other food items all provided for our comfort and convenience. There are even toiletries set up in the bathroom closet, just in case you forgot some thing. My husband and I stayed in the downstairs bedroom, and the bed was so comfortable! And the bedroom also had an electric fireplace that we of course just had to put on for ambience. It truly was a remarkable stay. I only booked for one night because of my daughterā€™s college graduation, but I wouldā€™ve loved to have stayed longer!
