"Such a great island to visit. The Bay view was perfect. Got to see the sunset on our first night. Easy trip onto the Island for dinner at Rope Walk and Bills Steak & Seafood. Both were excellent. The bed was not very comfortable and the AC was not the greatest. Overall a great place to stay for a long weekend."

"Very nice condo had no issues. It was clean, in an area that was quiet, close to the beach and perfect for a weekend getaway for my sons wrestling tournament. The property manager was also very nice and easy to deal with!! My only thing thats not really a complaint but i wish it wasn't so expensive to bring our dog. Maybe do a small fee for ppl and ask for a refundable deposit and if nothing is destroyed or no big mess give the deposit back. Ppl love to bring their fur babies. But im not mad bc...

"I cannot say enough about our stay here. From the initial contact to our checkout, it was the most accommodating, guest-friendly experience we could have asked for. Instructions were simple and had no trouble settling in. The place was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. They even added special touches to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday, which was the reason for our trip. "Our stay this time was in a different room than last December but just as good! The view was great- location was very convenient. Room clean and orderly. Everything as described. It is perfect for my husband and I, has everything we need. The toaster didn’t work and they replaced it immediately. We stayed two extra days! Loved it! Will definitely book again! Thank you!"

"Owner is advertising rhat rhe place has a hot tub and it doesn't.. in addtion, balcony has cation tape on corner. Little piece of balcony is missing...the balcony for the unit directly above was in the same condition. I did not feel safe stabding on the balcony. This should be fixed right away for the price they charge. Owner of unit did not reply to my request for early check in. I feel at a minimum should be responding to email."

"Prior notice that the balcony would be inaccessible due to maintenance would have been nice, expectation of sitting or using the balcony was immediately dashed when we saw a sign on the balcony door. Also, the initial write up informed us of needing additional linens although we expected initial bedding and towels, we didn't know that there were ZERO linens with Condo. Would not rent this facility ever again, and recommend others to find better accomodations."

"Very clean condo with great views! Much larger than the pictures show. Plenty of room for everyone. Master bedroom is on the street side, across from a night club. It can be noisy at times, but tolerable. Makes for great people watching though LOL We had a wonderful stay and would come back for sure! Margie was wonderful to work with and we had no issues. Thanks for a great beach vacation!"

"Achei ótima localização, apenas 2 quadras da praia e do calçadão. Os funcionários são bem educados. A cama é bem grande e as instalações em geral são boas. Wi-fi e estacionamento grátis foram pontos positivos também. Pontos negativos: 1) - apesar de ter pedido quarto de não fumante, o cheiro de cigarro me parecia acentuado toda vez que entrava no quarto. 2) - quando precisei de gelo as 2 maquinas não funcionaram."

"There was a dead cockroach in the bedroom, and so many rules that it felt more like a boot camp. Parts of the place were really smelly. Terrible parking lot. Good swimming pool. Unfriendly staff. "

"Check in was super easy and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The amenities were amazing, I LOVED the rooftop it was a whole vibe. The room was clean and set up really nice. Short drive to DC and the national harbor. Definitely plan to stay there again "
