"The abode is located in the basement of a very nice home in a quiet neighborhood. It has a private entrance, very spacious living room and a small kitchenette. There was plenty of towels provided as well as an ironing board/iton, broom and vacuum. Since it is in the lower level of a home, you do have the noise of people above you but it was very quiet at night and in the early morning.It snowed while we were visiting and the host was so kind he cleared our walkway too. "This was a trip to spend a bit of time with my two adult kiddos before the craziness of the rest of the school year ensues and they both graduate in May. The yurt was perfect, and we basically just hung out playing games and cooking food while we were there. My granddog loved sniffing around thr outdoors, and the kids enjoyed the hot tub. My only insight is that the first set of steps coming up from the parking area may be a bit hazardous for those with any sort of mobility limitations, and...
