"Clean rooms, indoor and outdoor pools/hot tub are all heated and open all year round. Front desk, valet and staff service was 10/10. They reached out to us to provide more towels, wash cloths and microwave. Valet was the best with taking care of our car and made sure we did not have to wait more than 1 minute when getting our car. "Amenities definitely stood out, we would have liked our room made over with the beds made and new towels but that was not possible according to staff. We ended up having to get towels from the pool. Other than that the hotel was nice and comfortable. "

"Customer service was good... they needed to nickel and dime us for another 30 bucks because of a last minute addition.. so fyi, they do care about how many people are in your room. Would have been nice to have a smoking area somewhere on property... also would have been nice to be told what to do at checkout. I was never instructed what to do with the key, nor given the wifi password. But.. the reason this property gets a 10/10.. was simply do to the showers water pressure. It felt like a fire...
