Unique Beach and Park Access!

About this space
Prime north end location for access to First Landing State Park and Virginia Beach. We also have off street private parking. The property backs up to the park so you can enter the park thru the back yard stairs. If you go out the front yard you are two blocks from the beach!

We have just remodeled this unit (actually the whole house) so everything is brand new :)
The space
The unit is above the garage and off of the mud room to the main house. There is a exterior door that can be used to access the mudroom and then a door that opens up to the stairs to your unit. Not completely private but it is out of the main path of the main house.

We have several single family vacation homes on but this is our first rental at our primary home- we love it and our area so much we wanted to share! All of our friends said we should rent it out!
Guest access
The entire unit upstairs is free for you to use. There is an outdoor shower that you can have access to- we also use it!
Other things to note
We are one blcok from the entrance to First Landing State park for bikes/cars/boats. If you want to head to the park on foot you can can access it from the back yard.
