It's a great time to be Goofin' Off while staying at this lovely, coastal-appointed condo. The furnishings and decor provide an aura of relaxation and comfort. The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, stainless appliances, and kitchen basics. Sip your morning coffee on the covered balcony, while appreciating the ocean view and the calming sounds of the waves cresting on the beach.

This condo has 3 bedrooms that comfortably sleep 8 persons. The primary bedroom has a king bed and an adjoining bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom contains a Queen bed and the third bedroom contains a Twin/Double bunk set with a Twin trundle. These two bedrooms share a hall bathroom, which includes a tub/shower combo.

Experience fun in the sun, beach days sunning and building sandcastles, romantic interludes, saltwater fishing, swimming in the community pool, and many other activities while visiting Sandbridge.

Garage Parking Clearance is 6'4. Each guest received 2 Parking Passes. Storage Area Available for guest use Key Provided.
***Additional parking is available for daily/ weekly purchase at the Virginia Beach City Parking Lot located across the street, behind the Sandbridge Market for oversized vehicles or overflow parking.

Electric Vehicles may not be parked or charged at the Sandbridge Dunes Complex per HOA rules.

Elevator Access: The building has an elevator that's at least 52 inches deep and a doorway at least 32 inches wide.

The Sandbridge Dunes Condo Pools are open from Mid May to Late September (weather permitting). These dates are at the sole discretion of the Sandbridge Dunes Condo Association.

Pets are not permitted at the Sandbridge Dunes Condos.
