Bring the whole family to The Breaker House and enjoy this luxury beach home that sits just 4 blocks from the Virginia Beach Oceanfront and 2 blocks from the Convention Center. Located in the trendy Vibe District, this home is also walking distance to Virginia Beach's best breweries, restaurants, and bars! Walk or bike to everything!

This property is a 4BR/3.5 BA three story home (1 King, 2 Queen, 2 Twin, 1 Futon) with premium amenities. The perfect spot in VB to gather as family or friends!

This property is a standalone home in a quiet, quaint development.

Parking is available for up to four vehicles in the driveway and garage.

All bedrooms are located on the second and third floors.

Towels, linens, and other basic amenities are all included! The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and appliances for your use!

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home minus locked storage closets.

The Neighborhood:
Located in a tight-knit family friendly development in the trendy Vibe District and walking distance to Virginia Beach's best restaurants and bars. Only four blocks to the Virginia Beach Oceanfront, two blocks to the convention center. The Breaker House is a quiet oasis in a high energy part of town with lots of things to do.

Getting Around:
Walkable and bike-friendly area. Ubers/Lyfts readily available.

Parties of any kind (to include bachelor parties) are strictly prohibited . This house is in a family friendly community where all neighbors share a common backyard space, so a strict 10pm noise curfew is enforced. Thanks for your understanding.

The Breaker House was the perfect home for our family vacation/ reunion. It was spacious, clean and ideally located in Virginia Beach. The host, Staton, was friendly, helpful and very responsive via email and text. We highly recommend this property.

I would come back!

We visited during the winter so we didn’t get the full experience of the beach but we certainly enjoyed the house. It was clean, spacious and quiet. Just the getaway we were looking for. It was a bit cold, the beds could be more comfortable and one of the showers was backed up but everything else was great. The host was very responsive and made our stay very easy. I would love to come back in the summertime!

VA Beach Trip

Our group of friends celebrating an important anniversary, had a fabulous time at the Breaker House. The house was beautifully decorated, modern, and very clean. The kitchen was well appointed and the beds were quite comfortable. I had a few minor questions prior to our visit and the owner was very responsive in answering them

Great Experience!

The house was a perfect fit for a multiple family stay. The close proximity to the ViBe district and entertainment made for excellent evenings. A short drive to the beach and inexpensive public parking on 30th street made for easy trips to the beach. Overall, very happy!

Beautiful home

The house was perfect and more than enough space for seven people. It looks exactly like the pictures. The host was very responsive to any questions. Very easy walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay!

Perfect location, perfect house

What a wonderfully maintained and conveniently located property. It was a perfect house for our family of 7 including 3 generations. Plenty of room, wonderfully appointed kitchen. Bedrooms were great, beds super comfortable and everything was sparkling clean. It is in a great location where you can walk to the boardwalk and beach or to local restaurants. The extra bonus was an easy walk to Neptune Beach on the 4th of July to watch the fireworks and not having to try and drive and park. Really felt sorry for those that were in the awful traffic jams. It is also located an easy driving distance from Back Bay Nature Center and beaches and Cape Henry with the lighthouse and very quiet beach. The host was extremely helpful and quickly communicated back to a few inquiries I had. All in all a perfect summer’s beach holiday for me and my family. Highly recommend it and we plan on returning!

Our stay at the breaker house was nothing short of perfect. The house was inviting, clean, and spacious. The home is a short 9 minute walk to the beach and has everything you need to make yourself at home during your stay!

Sports team event

We rented this home for an event our kids had at the convention center and it was perfect, cooking and eating meals together and a wonderful place to just hang out. All the neighbors were very friendly and your walking distance to everything.

Wonderful property!

This house was perfect for our group. It had all the amenities needed to be comfortable and feel like you’re at home. The location was great, furniture was comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. The host is easy to communicate with and very helpful. I highly recommend this space.

Very nice accommodations and location

Easy process to book and great communication. Home was exactly as pictures showed and was very clean. Received a great deal of communications along the way that were very helpful. Would recommend and plan to stay again in the future.

Great place!

The Breaker House was the perfect rental for our family. Not only was it in a great location, it was well fitted with everything that we needed. The house was very clean and the beds and living spaces were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to families visiting the VA beach area.

Comforts of home, clean and spacious

Everything was great, home was kept up like the owner lives there. Great to have a home similar to my own when traveling with extended family. Good location walkable to cafes for morning brunch, the waterfront and other restaurants; while still being a residential neighborhood. Thanks for the great stay, I'd stay here again!

Great week in June

Three generations of family went to Virginia Beach and we had fun. Lots to do, lots of restaurants and everything is in close proximity to the house. The host is very quick to respond and answer any questions. The beds were comfortable and the house is nice. Lovely neighborhood.
