PLEASE NOTE: OUR PROPERTIES RENT FOR A 7 NIGHT MINIMUM, SATURDAY TO SATURDAY.

This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath oceanfront condo is conveniently located between 21st and 22nd streets on Atlantic Avenue in the heart of the resort area. Watch the dolphins play in the waves with the telescope from the living room of this 4th floor condo. On the boardwalk close to shopping and restaurants.

Relax on the balcony from the living room and the master bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar and dining area.

Bed sizes: Master bedroom - 18' pillow top Queen; 2nd Bedroom - 2 Twins and a Trundle which can be used as 2 Twins or a King; Living Room - Queen sleeper sofa. We furnish the mattress pads, blankets, comforters or bedspreads and pillows.

We do not furnish bed sheets, pillow cases or towels. We have a local company that you can rent them from, if you choose not to bring your own.

Amenities include: secured entry gate, direct access to Boardwalk, Wi-Fi, stack-able washer and dryer, telephone with unlimited local and long distance calls, standard size jacuzzi tub.

Perfect ocean view. We were 4 older women, ages 58 to 70.

Loved being able to sit in living room and just see Ocean and watch the sun set. It would have been a little better if there were screens on the sliding doors so we could leave it open to hear the waves and keep the bugs out. Very secure building with easy access to the beach.

Family fun

First time visit to Virginia beach for our bunch. I really liked the place except for a few things. The parking was VERY tight for my vehicle. It was really noisy every night in the master bedroom because of being located right by bars and clubs. I really hated the setup of the washer/dryer. You had to be a contortionist to put wash in the dryer. The check in went smoothly and Margie was great to work with. Overall we had a great time and the weather was beautiful.

Nice view of Ocean. Kitchen was fully equipped. Had issues with plumbing reported but took plumber couple days to get it fixed so down to one shower for 5 people. Used the laundry service and they didnā€™t have our order there till 6:00 PM so had to wait not a fan of needing to put linens on bedā€™s when on vacation. Margie and Meghan were great in accommodating when I called always very prompt and pleasant. Condo is close to everything and comfortable for all 5 of us. Secure and safe place too.

Perfect Location! Accommodations were HUGE! Margie was great, very informative, and on the ball when our gate opener didn't work! Sure it needs updates as others said, but who cares! Everything worked for what we needed! Would definitely stay again!

Great Choice!

We all enjoyed the property and our stay. Condo was much bigger than expected. Parking was a bit tight but we were within walking distance to pretty much everything so didn't really have to drive anywhere. Great space for kids and adults. Master bedroom was a little on the warm side but condo was equipment with nice fans that helped.

Good location

The location was very good. The master bedroom is warmer than the rest of the unit, even with the additional fan running. Nice to have a stacked washer and dryer, but the space is very tight to stand in front of to see the control panel.

Great Location

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Some of the decor seems a tad outdated, and we couldn't figure out the telescope. All the beds and room were great, and the location was wonderful and literally steps to the beach.

Nice clean condo in heart of VA Beach oceanfont

Nice and clean. Spacious. Right on the boardwalk, steps to the ocean. Lots of activity/street performers in the neighborhood. I will say: this is a place for people who enjoy lots of activity. We loved it, but it is a noisy and vibrant atmosphere. Not ideal if you are looking for a quiet getaway. Would definitely go back!

great location with some issues

The property location was wonderful couldnā€™t ask for a better location. Parking very tight for larger SUVs and trucks ACs in both bedrooms definitely performed under par the rooms wouldnā€™t get less than 75Ā° although thermostat was set at 65Ā°.The overall unit was great some updating could be done. All in all would definitely consider this property again in the future.

Parking is EXTREMELY tightā€¦we were made aware prior to going but not how extreme it is easier if you have a VERY small vehicle. Property was very nice , secure and conveniently located , in the heart of nightlife master bedroom is on main drag and noisy at night but easily drowned out with fans . Last 3 days of being there , a family checked in above us and had a small child that ran consistently the whole length of condo very noisy but nothing that the rental agency had anything to do with. Check in/out process was easy , would probably consider renting again

A million dollar view

We really liked our stay. Everyone was comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with appliances ans dishes. The balcony overlooking the boardwalk and the beach was a gem. Watching the sunrise and the dolphins in the morning was a dream come true. The location is super convenient. This was our first time renting an entire apartment through Vrbo. We were not disappointed.

Great vacation place

Nice, clean place that accommodated 5 adults very nicely. Spacious rooms with a great view of the ocean. TVs in both bedrooms with DVD players and video games also. The A/C in the bedrooms is not great but there were several fans that helped a lot. There were many restaurants and shops within walking distance and itā€™s right on the beach so we would definitely stay there again.
