Two expansive wraparound balconies provide the perfect backdrop for sunrise coffees, sunset cocktails, and alfresco dining. With plentiful outdoor seating, you’ll have ample room to relax, entertain, and take in the sea breeze.

Crowning the penthouse is the grand master suite, which encompasses the entire upper level. This private haven features a king bed, seating area, and ensuite bath, offering elevated views and peaceful privacy. The main level hosts two additional king bedrooms, each with their own private ensuite bathrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. A fourth full bathroom serves the bunk room, which is ideal for children or additional guests with four twin beds in two bunks.

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The unit provides access to our garage-level storage unit for all your favorite beach essentials.
The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools and two fitness centers.
Do not move furniture between rooms.
The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
