Wow, imagine your family in this spacious and beautiful new home in Sandbridge Beach. Just like a great white shark, this home is at the top of the food chain for luxury vacation homes. A semi-oceanfront home located right across the street from the beach access, you are just steps away from a day on the beach. That is if you ever want to leave the house! The elevator makes moving in, grocery day, or moving out a breeze for every family member. This fabulous house has been decorated by one of Virginia Beach's leading decorators. Fine furnishings and high-end finishes welcome you to this mansion by the sea! The top-level offers that grand open concept great room/kitchen/dining flanked by 2 decks to enjoy the evenings for meals or just relaxing. Inside, there is plenty of seating for mealtimes and the kitchen has ample room so there will never be too many cooks in the kitchen.

Luxury vinyl planking in all common areas is an easy no-fuss floor for all the kids. Bedrooms will have plush carpet, easy on the feet. Want to visit in the off-season? Imagine cozying up by the electric fireplace or holidays with a cheery fire to warm up your guests. All Smart 4K TVs throughout, the minimum size is 42". The rec room has tons of room and with a pool table, foosball table, and media area with a 52” 4K Smart TV. Everyone will find a spot to relax and get to know one another.

Outside the private pool will always be a big hit! What other amenities are waiting for you? The poolside cabana doubles as an outdoor kitchen with a gas stovetop, grill, microwave, and full-size refrigerator. Never again will you be the lone grill master at “Great White Shark” because your crew can watch the game on the cabana TV while assisting you. Solid, sturdy deck furniture is located around the pool and on decks. You can pick the covered deck or the patio to enjoy sunning, reading, or just hanging out.

Additional Amenity Details:
Private Pools are open from May 1, 2026 until October 11, 2026 and April 30, 2027 until October 15, 2027. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Hot tubs are available year-round. This property provides a $250 credit toward beach gear delivered to your rental property. *Delivery fees may apply.* Offer only good for full weeks booked with check-ins beginning between May 22, 2026 and September 6, 2026, and May 28, 2027 and September 5, 2027.

All Sandbridge Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.
