2 bed 2.5 bath 3 story condo beautifully furnished!!! Located between the beach and the convention center in the popular "VIBE ART DISTRICT". 1st floor living room, kitchen and 1/2 bath. 2nd floor laundry, bedroom with full bath. King bed and a set of bunk beds that are double on the top and bottom. 3rd floor bedroom has a full bath, queen bed, and a balcony. The view from the balcony is one of the best views of the fireworks that occur bi-weekly here at the oceanfront. Linens are provided. Owner is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Virginia.

A great getaway close to the beach!

The property was immaculate when we arrived and while we packed a lot just in case, the house was well stocked with towels, linens, kitchen necessities, beach chairs/cooler/wagon, and even a few snacks. The balcony on the top floor was nice for cooler evenings or midday relaxation after the beach. The location is fantastic - maybe a 5-10 minute walk to the beach at most (we have young kids, so there was always a lot to haul with us). The VIBE district is great as well - restaurants, bars, and shops within a minute walk from the house. Highly recommend snatching this property up for your next vacation to Virginia Beach. My family loved it!

Really Nice Home

We really like the property and all the extra touches like the fully stocked kitchen and fruit, crackers, and cookies and coffee that the landlord left. The property is very nice and modern and up-to-date and spacious for my husband, son, in laws and me. The only minor thing is just be cautious when walking around the side of the second floor bed as the back corners stick out a little so be careful to not run into them. Everything was absolutely perfect though

Absolutely Perfect VB Getaway at Winny's Place! A True 10/10!

Our stay at Winny's Place was nothing short of perfection! We genuinely could not have been happier with our Virginia Beach experience here. The location is unbeatable ā€“ just steps away from a few nice bars and restaurants, making exploring a breeze. The condo itself was impeccably clean and thoughtfully stocked with every amenity we could possibly need. What truly set this stay apart was Mitzi; she was an exceptional host, incredibly communicative and wonderfully accommodating, especially when we had car trouble and arrived late. It's crystal clear why Winny's Place boasts a 10 out of 10 rating ā€“ it earns every single point. We wholeheartedly recommend it!"

This place had everything we needed. This was a 3 night stop on our 10day Road-trip. We couldn't even believe how nice this was for the inexpensive cost. Great area too. The host Mitzi made check in/check out so easy. On a scale og 1-5, i give 10!! neighborhood

Great Virginia Beach Condo - close to EVERYTHING!

We really enjoyed our stay at this VRBO condo. Mitzi was very communicative and the check in was easy and stress-free. The condo is clean and lovely. The kitchen is AMAZING - it has everything you need! We also loved that beach chairs were provided for us to use. There are SO many good restaurants within walking distance of the condo and we tried many of them. Also - the beach is only 3 blocks away. We enjoyed the boardwalk - unfortunately while we were there they were doing beach restoration and a lot of the beach was closed off - but we just had to walk a little further to enjoy the ocean. Overall it was a great stay and a wonderful VRBO experience. Thanks Mitzi!

Virginia Beach vacation

The condo in Virginia Beach was a great place to stay. Everything was more than expected and we would definitely return to this rental. Very friendly host Mitzi made the stay a delight.

Great stay in Virginia Beach

The place is perfectā€”clean with a nice kitchen and comfy bed (we only used the King). It was also well stocked with even fruit and cookies!The boardwalk and excellent restaurants are within easy walking distance.There is some major construction nearby, which means driving and walking directions need to adjust. But, far enough away that there is NO noise, so it is not really a problem at all.

Amazing house

I came down with a friend and our daughters for their gymnastics competition and this house was perfect for us! Super clean and it had everything we could have needed. And the location was perfect as well! Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful Stay!

Exceeded Expectations

Such a beautiful and comfy place to stay and so accommodating to our two little dogs too. We couldn't get the coffee pot to work and I let Mitzi know and she was there within minutes to resolve the issue (on Christmas Eve nonetheless!!) And we cant forget the sweet lady next door who made us Christmas cookies and brought gifts for all of us, including our dogs! Such a great experience. 10/10 would definitely stay here again!

Great pet friendly rental. Lots of room for dog cage and pet beds. Dogs did not go nuts sniffing every surface when we entered which shows that it didnā€™t just look clean, it was . We didnā€™t use the second floor bedroom but the top floor was comfy and the balcony was plenty big enough for us and the two dogs. We had great walks to the farmers market, coffee shops, beach, lake and commune daily..

Winny's Beach House

Home located in the Vibe Section of Virginia Beach, VA. Nice layout, on site parking, well appointed, a ton of towels, wash clothes, blankets, dishes, cups, silverware etc. located within three blocks to the beach and boardwalk. Timely and effective communication from our Host. A fantastic get away and peaceful time.

Excellent stay!

My husband and I stayed with our pup at Mitzi and Kenā€™s for our annual trip for Neptune Festival. The condo is exactly as listed. Mitzi goes the extra mile having some snacks and coffee already stocked. The neighbor even gave our pup the cutest little bag of Halloween treats. This location was perfect for a stay at the festival while having some low key quiet time you donā€™t get ocean front; while still being close enough to enjoy a walk to the beach or any of the local business in the Vibe district. Mitzi even reached out when we got the downpours from Helene to check in and notify us of where extra old towels were and rugs in case we needed them knowing we had our dog. As far as folks disliking the checkout instructions that part wasnā€™t even difficult and should be considered a common courtesy after all the effort Mitzi puts in for her guests. We already looked to see if we could stay here for our boardwalk lights trip we do every year and were disappointed itā€™d already been booked. We will def be back for Neptune next year as long as the condo is available, thanks to the great experience and attentiveness of Mitzi. Weā€™ve finally found our preferred rental going forward. If youā€™re questioning if you should stay here donā€™t, I promise you wonā€™t be disappointed!
