"The Riv was a beautiful, quiet spot with great views. I could tell everything in the space was well thought through and intentional. We split our time at Zion between the Riv and another hotel closer to Springdale and I found myself missing the private setting of the Riv. Their customer service is wonderful and Melissa was very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend the Riv!"

"Great room surrounded by beautiful scenery. And the hosts are just the best"

"Truly enjoyed our stay here! 20 minutes from Zion and within 1-2 hours of various other National parks! Various restaurant close for lunch and dinner! Very clean & great communication with host!"

"Would definitely stay here again! Our family of 5 loved these tiny homes and all of the amenities. Very clean, modern and comfortable. They even stock the kitchen with coffee, tea, hot chocolate, snacks and beverages for your stay. The pool and hot tub area as well as the BBQ and firepit areas were clean and well managed. Super easy check in and check out."

"Very clean, convenient, and had everything we needed. Short drive to Zion NP. "

"Incredible place! Perfect location. Plenty around. Beautiful inside and surrounding area."

"Very nice place for a short stay. Had everything you needed and the hosts were very quick to respond when needing things. The views from this house were beautiful and not too far from Zion!"

"Great small house, clean efficient and full of all appliances and kitchen stuff. Close to the park."

"Really love the tiny homes. Love the windows, the tall ceilings, and the pool."

"We loved staying here! A little bit like camping, but with every possible amenity! The tiny home was adorable, comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. The owners went above and beyond to assure that everything you could possibly need was available. (They also provided detailed instructions and recommendations prior to arrival to assure an easy/smooth stay!) The patio was amazing. Hot tub, deck, firepit, and grill provided the perfect hangout to enjoy the gorgeous 360 views. Just a short drive to...

"Great location to Zion, quiet property, nice clean hot tub. "

"Cindy is an amazing host and very responsive and communicative. In most cases, she responded immediately and digitally, not in person, which gave us our privacy. This unit is attached to the owner’s house but has a dedicated gravel driveway and entrance for guests. Someone enters the unit daily to replenish breakfast items. The unit is spacious, clean and inviting with thoughtful touches like snacks. The unit is in a residential neighborhood so is very quiet. This was an ideal midpoint home...

"Abbiamo soggiornato in 3 ragazze per due notti. Casa molto piccola ma con tutto il necessario e gli spazi ottimizzati al massimo. C’è anche la lavatrice e il detersivo. Unica pecca il fornello ad induzione non raggiungeva il massimo della potenza e per bollire una pentola di acqua ci abbiamo messo 1h. Il resto tutto perfetto"

"The host was very kind to us. The house was great!!"

"Clean, well kept, spacious house in quiet neighborhood. Grocery, restaurants and other shopping are just a few minutes away. Only twenty minutes to Zion National Park. Would definitely stay here again."
