"We have just returned from a brilliant couple of weeks at La Roche. The house and setting is lovely and so peaceful. We loved sitting in the garden or by the pool and listening to the birds. The house itself sleeps 8 and upstairs is a/c which was a relief from the 34 degree heat. Pool was clean and large enough for all the kids to play. Nearby to Bergerac with lots of easily reached day trips. Would definitely return. "

"Belle gîte honoured its name: within an old farmhouse this gîte was charmingly set and furbished, with access to beautiful terrace under high roof where we relaxed every night and during daytime as well. The pool is in the back garden with view on vineyards and surrounding area. Hosts Simon and Cheryl are wonderful, around and available if needed, warm and positive attitude. Peaceful area full of vineyards."

Les propriétaires sont de belles personnes, gentils, avenants et de bon conseil pour la découverte de ce bel endroit que nous ne connaissions pas. C’était une belle rencontre. A recommander."

"A fantastic place to stay. Perfect for relaxing with 3 families....such a beautiful, tranquil and peaceful area. The kitchen area and facilities were brilliant and great for hosting a large group. We were slightly unlucky with the weather so didn't enjoy the beautiful pool as much as we would have liked to! Would love to return though....With hindsight I would have booked 3 weeks rather than 2!"

"If the property was owned by Ronseal it would use the phrase "Does it exactly what it says on the listing". Easy check in and communication great during our stay for a couple of minor things that came up. Location is brilliant as 15 mins from the brillliant towns of Eymet and Duras and a hypermarket in Pineuilth. Quet location even though a road is close .Pool area is brilliant . Garden and amenities great . All ages stayed from 18 months to 82 years old and we loved every minute even the 8...

"A beautiful property in a stunning region. We count ourselves extremely lucky to have found this farmhouse, with just 8 weeks from booking to arrival. The beds are wonderfully comfortable, and the outdoor areas are simply lovely with breathtaking views of the vineyards. We wanted a week to relax and unwind — we achieved this and more. "Had the most perfect week at La T! The house is beautiful and the most equipped place I think we have ever stayed. Our 2 teenage boys managed to keep themselves happily entertained for the whole week The pool is fab and the sun loungers, sofas and tables make for perfect afternoons and evenings in the sun. "La maison est vaste, l’aménagement intérieur est très « brocante », ce qui pourrait être charmant, mais il n’est malheureusement pas assez entretenu : armoires sans étagère ou sans porte, brûleurs de cuisinière bouchés, porte de chambre qui ne ferme pas, etc. La piscine est belle, mais son environnement est là aussi bien triste : terrasse en petits galets désagréables sous le pied, arbustes morts, bâches qui trainent, volets dont la peinture s’écaille… Les propriétaires sont sympathiques, mais...
