This beautiful vacation home is just a few minutes' drive from the nearest beaches. The second semi-detached house is also a vacation home and can also be booked, depending on availability, so that you can travel together as a large family or with a family of friends without sacrificing your privacy. Enjoy the homely ambience and the layout of the house. While all the bedrooms are located on the upper floor, the comfortable first floor is dedicated to socializing, cooking, eating and relaxing. Here you will find everything you need to feel completely at ease.



Step out onto the covered terrace and lie on the sun loungers while your children splash around in the pool. In the afternoon, you can prepare the food for the barbecue in the summer kitchen and look forward to a successful end to your vacation days.



Head to the coast, in the area around Novi Vinodolski you will find numerous beautiful beaches and secluded bays. Visit the old town on a hill with the castle of the Frankopan princes, or the "Eyes of Vinodol", six vantage points that offer you a fantastic view over the Rivera. Crikvenica and the island of Krk are also nearby and well worth a day trip.
