Additionally, there is a shower and toilet on this floor. The upper floor also has a living/dining room of 20 square meters, complete with satellite TV and air conditioning, as well as a balcony exit. One room on this floor features a French bed measuring 140 cm wide and 200 cm long, satellite TV, and a balcony exit. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, a kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a shower and toilet. The top floor has an open playroom with a ceiling height ranging from 150 to 270 cm. One room on this level has a double bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm long, satellite TV, air conditioning, and a balcony exit. Another room has two beds measuring 90 cm wide and 200 cm long, also with a balcony exit. There is a bath and toilet on this floor as well. The outdoor spaces include a 4 square meter balcony, two 5 square meter balconies, and a 30 square meter terrace, all furnished with terrace and balcony furniture, a barbecue, and six deck chairs.
