On the ground floor, a spacious living and dining room of 20 square metres features a Scandinavian wood stove and a satellite TV, with direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool. This level includes 2 bedrooms, each furnished with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, both also providing access to the terrace and the swimming pool. A shower and WC complete the ground floor facilities.
The upper floor presents a second living and dining room of 20 square metres equipped with a satellite TV and air conditioning, with access to a balcony. A bedroom on this level features 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, its own satellite TV, and access to the balcony. An open kitchen on this floor is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A shower and WC serve this floor.
The top floor hosts an open playroom with a ceiling height ranging from 150 to 270 cm. 1 bedroom on this level, sharing the same ceiling height range, is furnished with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and includes a satellite TV and air conditioning, with access to a balcony.
