This holiday home for up to 6 people with private swimming pool, newly renovated in 2018, is located in a quiet and natural setting. The house consists of 2 floors, the 1st and 2nd floor. The ground floor is not rented and not used. The holiday property is divided into the outdoor area, a summer kitchen with barbecue next to the pool area and 2 tastefully furnished floors. The highlight of the outdoor area is without doubt the beautiful swimming pool with pool terrace. Right next to it is a furnished terrace and a brick barbecue. There is even a Hollywood swing. There are sun loungers and a sunbed for 2 people by the pool. Behind the house there is a children's playground, a boules court and 5 parking spaces on a 300 m2 plot. Please note that the yellow house (see photos) is the living area. The small white house is the summer kitchen and in the stone house there is a very nicely furnished lounge with flat screen TV, seating for everyone and a table tennis table. On the first floor there is a spacious living/dining room with kitchen and bathroom. The second floor consists of three double bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Each bedroom has a balcony. If required, 2 cots and 2 high chairs are available. There is a medieval castle near the house which can be visited.
