It consists of a first floor with living room and kitchen, while exterior stairs lead to the 1st floor with bedrooms. Bedroom #1 and #2 are connected by a small hallway and have a common external entrance, while bedroom #3 has its own separate entrance. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.

On warm summer days, the outdoor pool offers refreshment, while the deck chairs invite you to sunbathe and read. The cottage has a grill where you can prepare delicious meals.

Nature lovers will be delighted by the nearby Tribalj Lake. Visit the town of Crikvenica, which is a popular tourist destination and where you can take nice walks along the waterfront with many restaurants.
