Amazing Home, Amazing Stay
This house was not only beautiful, but clean and stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. Serene, quiet and calming would be a great description. Also, the layout was perfect and the sleeping arrangements were private and plentiful. Would highly recommended staying at this house.

Fam Vaca at South Shore, Grand Lake
This home was absolutely beautiful! It had a wonderful view of Grand lake, plenty of room for the 15 family members who stayed. The kids were able to have plenty of room to play games, dance freeze, charades, etc. we all enjoyed hanging out at the ponds and easy access to the dock and pontoon boat. There were a couple small hiccups, but nothing that hindered our family from having a great time! Communication with our host was within reasonable time and pleasant. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Vacation
We stayed here with our family and had a wonderful time. Clean, great location and the property manager was very responsive. Loved the having the pool so close to the house for the kids!

Beautiful lake house with perfect view
We had a family weekend getaway at this gorgeous lake house with the perfect view of Grand lake. There was plenty of room for our family of 15. We enjoyed our stay. We will definitely come back again next year.

Christmas Vacation
The property was a little difficult to find due to there not being any clear numbers on the house but it was beautiful and comfortable. The host was very nice and put a Christmas tree up for us which was an amazing addition. The house is just as picturesque as it in the photos!!! Thank you for the wonderful memories!!!!

Awesome Lake house

Beautiful home, hope to stay again
When we arrived, the cleaning crew hadn’t come by the house which set me into a panic but the home owner couldn’t have been any nicer and quickly got the crew to come by the house. We were refunded the cleaning fee. I hope to stay again, it was the perfect home for our young professionals retreat. Very spacious home.

Great family get away
Renting the boat and jet ski from owners was definitely the way to go. They were extremely easy to work with.

Nothing seriously wrong except the pool certainly didn’t meet expectations— not designed for adults. I would take that off the VRBO list of amenities.

We’re glad you enjoyed our beautiful home! The pool is the neighborhood’s and many of our guests love that there is one as many neighborhoods don’t have this great option. Both adults and kids find it a fun and refreshing alternative to the lake.

Picture Perfect Place for a Family Get Together
We had guests from 4 different states traveling in to stay at this property and all 4 families absolutely loved it. Everything from the great views, great deck, and beautiful house to the popular pond fishing and swimming pool for the kids. Could not have asked for anything more on this trip. Highly recommend.

This house is amazing! The basement bedroom with walk out porch is what dreams are made of! I wanted to stay forever the view of the lake was stunning, and I went in a few other houses they are all very close is privacy is non existany outside. But this house has the most privacy of all of them

Great time in a gorgeous home!
We really enjoyed having our family reunion at this beautiful home! Cris was very responsive and helpful with my questions from Dog boarding in the area to food and activities nearby. We enjoyed renting his boats for a couple days and enjoyed beautiful Grand Lake. The house is beautifully decorated, clean and has a great kitchen! We had quite a few cars and parking is tight in the community but it worked even with jet ski and kayak trailers that we brought with us. Just know that you may not be able to park right near the house at night. Overall a fabulous experience!

Great location for family trip!
We had a wonderful time at the Waterfall Serenade. The home is beautiful, just as it looks in the pictures. Boat rental was easy and quite a bargain, facilitated by the property manager. We all had a wonderful time boating, swimming in the lake and in the pool. There were 15 of us in an extended family group. We would definitely return to this property!

Beautiful home to enjoy Grand Lake!
We had three families + 2 grandmothers and felt very comfortable and able to have our own spaces with adults and children. Cris was a wonderful host and was very responsive to our questions and helpful when it came to rentals and information about the lake. The home was stocked with all the necessities for cooking with lots of room to store our food and refrigerated items. Very important when you have a large group of people! We were very happy with our stay and hope to return again in the future!

Incredible Property - 1st Class Construction and Great Service!
We stayed at this property over Memorial Day weekend. The house is amazing with first class construction. Interior design is also very tasteful including everything from the TVs, furniture, bedding, etc. Enjoyed the ping pong table and also rented the boat. The property manager was always responsive. We will be back soon! Five stars!

Absolutely Perfect
Our family gathered for Christmas at this lovely home. There was room for everyone! The kids enjoyed their special loft and bunks, while the parents appreciated their own space right next them. The kitchen, family room, and decks allowed us to all share a space while the plentiful bedrooms and baths let us sneak off for some peace away from the fray. So many extra nice touches. We appreciate so much the hospitality and all the extras.

Excellent Family Vacation Location
Second time we rented on this property, first time at this particular house. Extremely comfortable, well equipped home with excellent view of the lake. Very new and modern. We have 5 families in our family and each had their own bathroom and primary room. Kids had their own area upstairs. Plenty of silverware, dishes, space, ovens, very large refrig. Wifi works great, Great Cable selection (not just the basic). Plenty of parking plus has a garage for one vehicle. Brought our own boat as they have a guest slip on the lake. You would not be disappointed!

Waterfall Serenade is the best!
Our family had a wonderful stay at Waterfall Serenade. Beautiful setting for this upscale, first-class house, that was every bit as beautiful as the pictures portrayed. Manager was accommodating and easy to communicate with.

Perfect family getaway
We were more impressed in person than in the photos on the listing. Our family of 15 fit well, with plenty of room leftover. Great kitchen, super clean... you'll love this property!

We loved being the first guests in this fabulous new property
Great venue for a girls trip, so many places indoors/outdoors out to hang out and have fun. There were a few quirks due to the house being finished right as we walked in the door (literally!) but Cris was very helpful and we had a wonderful stay.
