"Although this is A lovely property, it is definitely not geared to the overnight traveler. Found out that there is no complementary breakfast because they have a restaurant and charge for breakfast. Also, when we arrive, we found out that there was two weddings in the making. This meant that there were no carts available to move our luggage. I’ve been down this road before and know that the wedding parties will keep the carts in the rooms and not return them to the front."

We made a reservation for a non smoking room and was place in a room that was in disrepair and not clean smelling of cigarettes so bad it caused me to have an allergy attack. We called the front desk and we were place in another room that had a trong toilet cleaner smell like somebody's was trying to coverup the smell of something disgusting. "Expedia needs to update this properties availability. There is NO RESTAURANT, BAR OR BUFFETT BREAKFAST on site. The inside smells stale. The rooms with a balcony are in the facility! You have to request a outdoor balcony. The facility needs a lot of TLC! The outside needs TLC. The grassy area is half grass half dirt with weeds. The building needs a desperate re-paint. There is no help available with your luggage. The beach is approximately 50×50ft. No water tours or boats. The lake is beautiful...

"Wonderful place. My friend and I were not able to check in until late. Manny, the owner, was there to greet us. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Double beds are located in the back so it was very quiet. As I volunteer in the area, I plan on making Quiet Corner Inn my consistent overnight motel."
