"Enjoyed our room and the tea. Didn’t have any problems sharing a bathroom and showers. The owners are awesome!"

"We have really enjoyed our stay in this ryokan. Staff were super helpful and considerate. We arrived late at night. There was someone waiting there to greet us, then showed us their onsen which was a heavenly experience after a long day. The bedroom is spacious and sealed with separate air conditioning, perfect for the hot July weather. There are extra bedding and pillows in the closet. There were balcony furnitures for relaxation. The whole place is calm and gracious… The next morning we were...

"While this is an older hotel, it is clean, things are in working order, and rather charming and unique. For example, I had a large room with a small patio that offered a beautiful view of the city. It’s in a quaint quiet town with gorgeous views of the mountains surrounding the town. I appreciated the thoughtful touch of hot green tea. "Excelente hotel.

"The hosts were really friendly and generous. The place is in a great town if you wish for a quiet and peaceful rest. However, the air conditioning was not working."

"The place is great."

"I just loved loved loved loved loved staying here — the owners are wonderful. Extremely hospitable and helpful. It has a local Japanese vibe that you don’t get in some places The rooms were super comfortable and well heated, breakfast was yummy. Thank you for the warm hospitality "
