"While our beds appeared to be clean, the hotel itself was pretty worn. The bathroom had a noticeable hole in the ceiling over the shower surrounded by what appeared to be some sort of black mold. We checked in after midnight and left early the next morning. We did not use the shower for this reason. Had we not been exhausted when we arrived, we would have requested a different room."

"Overall, a good experience. The property and room was clean and had two good nights rest. Pool was nice and indoors, and convenient in house restaurant/bar. Very accessible location to the Parkway. Enjoyed that ground level rooms also had direct access out to parking lot. On the downside, while pet friendly, there was an additional nightly fee that was not part of the listing. When other guests spoke in the hallway, it was also a bit distracting. Also, check in took two hours and the reasons...

"From start to finish it was a pleasant hotel experience! The property was immaculate and the staff was exceptional and catered to our every request"

"One of our comforters had a stain on it. It was white so I’m not sure how this wasn’t caught by housekeeping, but it wasn’t. The bathroom was clean for the most part - you can tell they’re trying to update things but there was some old dirt or mold in the corners of the bathroom. The floors in the room were updated to vinyl or laminate flooring instead of carpet and that was nice. The buffet breakfast wasn’t great. The hot foods were overcooked, bordering on burnt. "Hotel muito bom! Acesso um pouco difícil vindo de Pittsburg, por ter que fazer um retorno entre as residências da região, mas ok! De resto, tudo OK e confortável. Café da manhã padrão americano. Não existem lojas, farmácias ou qualquer comércio de conveniência na região, apenas postos de gasolina, mas o acesso para Pittsburg é muito fácil e rápido de carro."

"Parking was great! When I arrived that night, my room had no washcloths, luckily I always carry one at least with me. I didn’t get a chance to try breakfast due to the long lines as there was a girls sports team so the line was too long! The bed was super comfy, room was very clean and the AC was blasting! Staff was excellent even though the hotel had a very large kids sports team there and the lobby was very loud."
