"I will definitely be back but very frustrated with the reservation system. I reserved the Manor Queen suite which was supposed to have a queen and a pull out couch. We were being our son with us so when we got in room and found a king and just arm chairs I wasn’t pleased at all. He had to make other arrangements to stay somewhere else."

"Stayed here for 2 days came in my hotel and the window screen was broke, the TV was broke, and the front door would not shut it stayed open all 2 nights. Staff was terrible they never helped out and they are very rude and disrespectful! I would not recommend this hotel to stay at."

"Our hotel room was spotlessly clean, although we thought we had two queen beds and we ended up with the queen and a pull-out twin. The sofa was threadbare in the living room. Breakfast one of the days was dismal. Second day was much better with a variety of choices including omelets bacon, hash, browns, waffles, hard boiled eggs, cereals, etc"

I was checking in at the front desk and I asked the attendant for a luggage cart as we had a full SUV he allowed another party of people that was behind us to stay at the counter listening to the details of my phone number, etc., and when I mention the cart and asked him to go retrieve one, the party behind us bolted for the hallway and retrieve the only cart available so...
