On a whim I tried another placed down the street and wasn't satisfied so I checked out and immediately came back to the Budget. "The Hotel is excellent. The staff very nice. But they make a mistake and charge us the room in in the credit card again, being that we had paid the room through the Hoteis.com. We made a phone call and they found the error. But they have not sent so far the email of confirmation of the charge cancellation on the credit card as they had promised. We are still waiting."
