"No pets , never saw another person who worked there after initial check in , as soon as I entered to check in , the Oder , was noticeable, not nice , the rooms , windows dirty streaks up and down , some rooms cracked glass , clear tape on the cracks on multiple different room windows, bed was lumpy , no room service , just for the bathroom, not pleasant was my stay with a good friend of mine , went there to go fishing , never again would we stay there , or recommend it . But I guess you get this...

"A friend recommended this property for my stay I was very impressed by how well kept the property is from the time I arrived. I love the modern/contemporary style. I especially love the minimalistic design and decor of the room. The bathroom was super clean and has a spacious shower. The staff are friendly. Breakfast was good. I was given the choice to have something prepared or an egg frittata. I will be staying there every time I’m in Boise"

"The Hotel is excellent. The staff very nice. But they make a mistake and charge us the room in in the credit card again, being that we had paid the room through the Hoteis.com. We made a phone call and they found the error. But they have not sent so far the email of confirmation of the charge cancellation on the credit card as they had promised. We are still waiting."
