"I stayed here for 7 nights and paid for an AC room, but the AC was not working from the second night. The room was extremely hot and suffocating, and the fan was ineffective. We could not sleep properly for multiple nights. What is unacceptable is that this was never informed to us in advance. Instead of taking responsibility or offering any compensation or solution, the host and his wife tried to convince us that AC was not required. After we complained, their behavior became rude and...
