"O hotel encontra se mal sinalizado, chegamos depois das 23 horas, não havia ninguém para nos ajudar a subir a bagagem pelas escadas de difícil acesso que levam à recepção.O quarto tinha papel de parede rasgado, cabelos no banheiro.A mobilia dos quartos precisa ser renovada.A vista mar era uma nesga de mar que se vislumbrava entre 2 prédios....
Mediante reclamação foi nos atribuído quarto ligeiramente superior.

만족스러운 휴식을 취하였습니다.
다만, 스피드보트, 툭툭은 3년 전이랑 달리 서비스 기준이 바뀐것 같습니다.
럭셔리는 줄 안 기다리고 스피드보트 우선 탑승 했는데 이젠 똑같이 줄 기다렸습니다.
툭툭(리조트 밖 빈펄섬 이동)도 럭셔리는 3년 전엔 1가족만 있어도 즉시 출발했는데
이번엔 탈 때마다 10분씩은 기다린것 같습니다."
"This hotel was definitely value for money. We got there around 1 and requested early check-in and at first it was not available as indicated in expedia but the hotel quickly arranged it for us including a free room upgrade. We stayed in a double queen bed room with balcony as we were staying with 2 young children. Bathroom and sleeping area was very spacious and flooring was nice and clean. Bathroom had a huge tub which we very much appreciated and it was very modern looking as was the bedroom....
