Two spacious bedrooms on the second floor each feature king-sized beds and a cozy sitting area. There is an exercise/yoga mat to deepen your relaxation. On the first floor, you'll find two queen-sized bedrooms—one with a built-in office space, perfect for those needing to work remotely.

Modern and well-appointed (including hair dryers and towel heaters), designed for comfort and convenience.
Open Concept Living:
The fully-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including a microwave and dishwasher. Use our charcuterie boards, wine glasses, and lobster pot to elevate your entertainment. The kitchen also seamlessly flows into the living room. A chaise sectional sofa is perfect for movie nights, while bar stools invite conversation around the kitchen area.
Outdoor Space:

The property offers 2 parking spaces with additional street parking available in this quiet residential neighborhood. The Vineyard Haven Ferry is just a 5-minute drive away. Take a scenic walk along Lagoon Pond Road to reach Vineyard Haven, where you'll find a variety of restaurants, shopping, a movie theater, and the Martha’s Vineyard Museum just steps away. Nearby beaches include Owen Park and Eastville, and you’re only 3 minutes by bike to the Edgartown-Vineyard Haven bike path.

Please note: This property has a year-round tenant in a studio apartment (with its own separate entrance, yard, and parking) on the lowest level of the home.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
