Private cottage nestled in center of the Vineyard

Vincent Cottage is nestled in the woods of West Tisbury, set in the heart of Martha's Vineyard on a private drive just off the Edgartown/West Tisbury Road. This clean, quiet home is conveniently located near beautiful beaches, main street shopping and tourist attractions; features a private outdoor space for entertainment; has nearby nature trails and fields.

Convenient, central location to every corner of the island:
- 10 minutes to gorgeous Lambertā€™s Cove (Rental allows you to purchase access to this private town beach!)
- 4 minutes to Alleyā€™s General Store and historic downtown West Tisbury (Perfect place to grab a coffee and the paper!)
- 15 minutes to South Beach, Edgartown
- 15 minutes to Vineyard Haven ferry / downtown
- 18 minutes to Oak Bluffs ferry / downtown
- 6 minutes to MV Airport
- Adjacent to bike path

An all time stay. Incredible location and home.

My fiancĆ©e and I came here to celebrate a few days in Marthaā€™s Vineyard after our engagement. We were greeted with a lovely card, bottle of champagne, and ice cream. We felt so welcomed and appreciate the constant conversations leading up to the trip! This home had all the goods and then some, there was absolutely nothing missing from our stay. Thank you so much!!

GREAT little cottage

If you're looking for a quaint little "out of the way" cottage on the Vinyard, look no further! My wife and I had a perfect stay at Jess's place. The host was in constant contact to ensure all our needs were met and the cottage was perfect. It was the cleanest, best stocked rental I have ever had the pleasure to rent. Extra bedding, toiletries, even wood for the firepit. No detail was missed. I've experienced nightmares with rentals before and this experience was a breath of fresh air. Ideal in every way. Thank you for being perfect hosts!!

Peaceful oasis

Absolutely loved our stay last week. Very comfortable and welcoming cottage. So quiet and private. The location in West Tisbury is perfect as itā€™s central to most everything on the island. Well equipped kitchen for cooking and grilling. Outdoor shower was fab.Looking forward to returning next year!

The place was great, exactly as described. Communication couldn't have been easier and the location made getting around the island easy with a vehicle. We'd recommend the Vincent Cottage to anyone looking for a place to stay on the Vineyard.

I love this little house. Has everything you need, totally private with beautiful outside space and a great outdoor shower. Centrally located on the vinyard. Access to lamberts cove, close to long point preserve and the airport. Iā€™ve stayed a lot of nice places on the Vinyard, but this is my favorite!

Tucked away relaxing cottage

Absolutely Great Getway Cottage in Marthaā€™s Vineyard! The Host was wonderful and had a fantastic personalized guide binder to All the things to do and see on the island. Also a lovely note with some delicious ice cream for us as a welcome gift!!! The Cottage is a 10 out of 10!!! We would definitely stay there again!!! Perfect for a couple or small family, like ours, one child Very Clean and adorable!!! Loved It!!!

Exceptional Property! Beautifully furnished and decorated with Marthaā€™s Vineyard decor. Upscale linens/towels Fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed for occasional cooking. Washer/Dryer. Great Location! Quiet and Peaceful! PS: Loved my midnight outside shower. Just me and the stars!

Perfect Getaway

Cute Cottage and Accommodating Host

The cottage was perfect for our little family! We have an infant and there was enough space for us all to be comfortable, and the cottage itself was so homey. We had TV access, there was board games, and the hosts put it over the top. Beyond just suggestions for places to go, we arrived to cookies from the local market, as well as baby-proofing items for our toddler! The AC went on the fritz, and the hosts went out and got new ones same day because our infant is prone to heat rash, and came over while we were out to install them for us! Super communicative, super helpful, really went the extra mile. Couldnā€™t recommend enoug!

Delightful cottage in beautiful West Tisbury

I loved everything about our two week stay. Location is perfect place to return to. Access to lamberts cove is divine! Close to South Beach, State Beach, Morning Glory. Beautiful wooded private setting. Awesome outdoor shower with sunlight pouring in. Enjoyed Vinyard Sounds show and went to the west tisbury farmers market 4 times. Home was clean, comfortable and well equipped . Hosts were lovely and responsive. Hope to return soon.

Great place in Tisbury

Place was clean and host was very responsive. Itā€™s separate so you have complete privacy. We were not too lucky with weather but it has great outdoor space to hang around and outdoor showers. Close to Aquinnah, Menemsha, Yoga Barn, Chilmark general stores. I would recommend but yes you do need a vehicle.

Sweet Quiet Spot

This home was ideal for me! I was able to enjoy with my small dog and have plenty of room to host my family in the large yard and around the fire pit. The house is in mint condition and the hosts are lovely and attentive to detail. Easy walk to wonderful trails and coves. Will happily stay again

Sweet cottage!

My husband and I had an amazing one week stay at Jess's sweet cottage! The cottage was immaculate and had everything that we needed to make our stay so comfortable and homey. The overall decor and bed linens were lovely and the bed was super comfy. Jess was a fantastic communicator and was so welcoming, kind, helpful, and responsive. The location of the cottage was perfect for us. We loved the quiet of the cottage and were able to ride our mountain bikes down the cottage's short lane and cross the Edgartown-West Tisbury Road in order to access the many miles of wonderful bike paths within the state forest. Thank you so much for everything, Jess! We hope to be back soon! : )
