Step outside onto the shady verandah, where you'll find an inviting outdoor dining table and chairs, along with a spacious paved BBQ area perfect for those warm summer evenings.

Gate access to a large grassed area, ideal for relaxing or a fun space for children to play. Leading on from this, you will find a well marked out walking path that will lead you straight to one of Jervis Bay's most picturesque beaches, Nelson Beach.

Vincentia is part of the Jervis Bay Marine Park, where you can enjoy a wide range of local activities like sailing, kayaking, paddleboarding, snorkeling, diving and dolphin or whale watching tours. The rich marine life and clear waters attract nature lovers from all over.

Close to the vibrant town of Huskisson, where you can explore boutique shops, trendy cafes and restaurants. Just a short drive away is Hyams Beach, famous for having some of the whitest sands in the world, perfect for sunbathing, swimming and snorkeling.

Nature lovers will be thrilled to visit Booderee National Park, located nearby. The park offers scenic walking trails, beautiful beaches and the opportunity to learn about Aboriginal culture. Don't miss the enchanting Green Patch Beach and the captivating Botanic Gardens within the park.

This property is surrounded by permanent residents and located in a quiet coastal area. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be asked to leave the property immediately. Offensive, loud or anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated, and such behaviour will result in immediate cancellation of your stay with no refund.
