"Great close to everything "

"Second time stayers here!! Great location, very clean, prompt property manager, great communication. Only complaint is that in the smaller bedroom bathroom, the water in bath/shower is not hot!. So….everyone in our party had to use the master BR shower/bath to take showers. That’s the only complaint! We had a great visit. "

"Great place to stay within walking distance to places to eat and drink. Also a wonderful park a short walk away. The house was wonderful and we will stay here again if we’re in Birmingham!"

"Place is nothing as pictured, referring to furniture.Stove disgusting, microwave looks like it came from a salvage yard. So much damage, theirs a door that once you open the entire door falls on you."

"We had a great stay here! We were here for a baseball tournament and this house was very conveniently located to all the fields. The home was very quiet, clean, and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Rented the place for the weekend to move our daughter out of Stanford University was a great landing zone fenced in backyard for the dogs is cozy and quiet street. "

"We had a group of 15 celebrating our friend’s 60th birthday. Our group travels together at least twice a year and the Perch has been the BEST place we have ever stayed!!! It’s not only beautiful but clean and very well stocked. We will definitely stay here again. "

"I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this property. The house was filthy—there was visible dirt and grime, and to make matters worse, the place was infested with insects and bugs. I did not feel comfortable at all during my visit. This was far from what was advertised and definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend staying here unless the host takes serious steps to improve cleanliness and pest control."

"We reserved this Vrbo when we had to travel to Pell City for our daughters state softball tournament, which was located almost next door! When we arrived the house was very clean and the host provided us with more than we expected! Barbara was very accommodating to our crazy schedule, which we appreciated SO much! We would definitely book this place again! "
