"Gillian's apartment was the perfect base for us exploring Cork County, the beautiful Copper Coast and the magnificent Rock of Cashel. Parking is ample and safe, and the apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with EVERYTHING we needed to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen has all you need to make meals (we made our breakfast everyday before hitting the road, and a.couple of dinners too). Thank you Gillian for hosting us. "We had a lovely stay at the cottage for 1 week in November. The same parking spot right outside the door of the cottage was always there for us. There was COMPLETE silence even though it is in the town centre. Local takeouts are closeby, within walking distance, also groceries, pharmacy ,cafes etc and by walking distance i mean within 5 mins, at a leisurely pace. Lismore is an extremely quiet town. "Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The house is big and accommodating, everything you could need is there. It's in a nice area surrounded by nature and incredibly quiet... Apart from a background noise from the stream that runs close by. The area looks good for fishing as there is a lot of rivers / streams and private fisheries nearby. The hosts were great and made a point of coming to talk to me when id arrived. I do plan on booking again. Highly recommend."
