Gîte les visiteurs du soir – Architect-Designed House

We offer you this cozy, brand-new guesthouse located next to our home. A garage and workshop separate us, so you’ll have complete privacy, though we’re nearby if you need anything. The gîte features a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, plus a futon sofa in the living room for two extra guests. The interior is decorated in a 1970s style with quality furniture, including P. Paulin mushroom chairs, original wall paintings, and designer pieces. The name of the gîte is a nod to M. Carné’s film, as we live on Rue de l’Enfer—but in this story, love wins in the end!



You’ll enjoy a private terrace and access to the garden, as well as a reserved parking space on the property with a separate gate. We’re close to the A150 motorway: 20 minutes from Rouen, 40 minutes from the Normandy coast, 2 hours from Paris, and just 5 minutes from a contemporary art center. On arrival, you’ll be welcomed with homemade fresh bread and other local or exotic treats. If you wish, we can also prepare a dinner for you to enjoy in your gîte—available on request.
