Located in Villeneuve-Lès-Béziers, Languedoc-Roussillon, this 30 m² studio welcomes up to 2 guests. The open-plan space features a lounge area, desk, double bed, and a kitchenette with basic equipment, allowing you to prepare meals as you wish. There is a bathroom with WC and a dressing area. The studio is attached to the main house but fully independent, ensuring a pleasant stay. Amenities include air conditioning, a fan, TV, and Wi-Fi suitable for video calls. A baby cot is available for families with infants.



Enjoy your private patio and small garden for outdoor meals in complete privacy. A barbecue can be provided.



Parking is available in the cul-de-sac in front of the house. Pets are not allowed, and smoking or vaping is prohibited throughout the property. Parties and events are not permitted.



Villeneuve-Lès-Béziers is crossed by the Canal du Midi, perfect for walks or bike rides to Portiragnes beach or to discover the historic Malpas tunnel.



The studio is also ideal for cyclists stopping for 1 or more days along the Canal du Midi. Secure bike storage is possible. For your convenience, breakfast and meals can be served for an extra fee during one-night stays.



Please keep the accommodation clean, dispose of waste properly, and respect quiet hours. Do not leave food behind on departure.
