Located in Charente Maritime, the rental is divided into a 3-bedroom house for 10 people and a small cottage with a bedroom for 2 to 4 people.

The residence benefits from all facilities, with parking, swimming pool, adapted garden furniture, bread oven, table football, board games, .... Everything is done so that you can enjoy the place in complete serenity!

A train station serves the village (500m), local shops, pharmacy, make life easier in some cases, and for schedules with more activities, you have the choice!

The ocean and the beaches of Chatelaillon Plages or Fourras, the Poitevin marshes, the futuroscope, Zootopia, the lake of Saint Jean d'Angély, hikes with departures in the heart of the village, ....

The configuration of the place makes it possible to have an independent part of life, especially at night, the house is the place of sharing and the summer kitchen is the perfect place to live for everyone! The place therefore allows you to have moments of life for all in times decided for moments in common as well as for separate moments!

The house and the cottage are not air-conditioned, in fact the old limestone of the country is certainly full of charms but also tempers the rooms, fans are however available if you ever find it necessary.

The sun pool is not heated, it does however have a bubble cover available to rise a few degrees. The pool is available from May to September inclusive.

Before being a rental house, it is first and foremost a second home for a large family, so the place is designed to welcome people and think for a simple and pleasant life for convivial moments to share!
