Situated in the picturesque, seaside village resort of Villasimius, the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. As a one bedroom apartment is perfect for couples on a romantic escape. There is an very comfortable double size sofa bed in the lounge that can be used for extra 2 people.

The apartment is situated in a quiet, residential neighborhood not far from the city center.

The apartment comprise a lounge with modern furniture, extremely comfortable king size sofa bed, 50 "Smart TV with Netflix, air conditioning, modern Kitchen with all amenities including oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, kettle, espresso coffee-machines. The bedroom is fitted with a king size-bed and a ceiling fan.

Nice and spacious private outside-area with deckchairs around the pool. Patio with table and chairs, inbuilt corner sofa with comfortable cushions ideal for relaxing.

The "villetta" is located on a quiet complex just 10 minutes walking from the village pedestrian area.
The apartment is on the ground floor and is ideal for couples, however another 2 people can eventually sleep in the sofa bed in the lounge.

The fantastic sandy beaches and oustanding sea is just 1 mile away and can be reached easily by car in just less then 10 minutes or 15/20 minutes by bike. There is a shuttle from june to september directly to the beach just 2 minutes away.
just a few minutes walk, there is a shopping center with a superstore, lot of bars, coffee shop, restaurants and pizzerias.
