Holiday Home "Junco" with Garden, Loggia and Wi-Fi

In Villasimius, in southern Sardinia, the beautiful Junco holiday home is located in a quiet residential area. The property consists of two identical, adjacent villas separated only by a low wall dividing their gardens. The two houses share an exclusive common area furnished with outdoor seating, from which you access both units. You’ll still feel like you’re all together in one home.



Each of the two accommodations is spread over two floors and includes a living room with sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Together, they can host up to 15 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, fireplace, and TV. A high chair, baby bed, and a crib are available on request and for an extra fee. The highlight is the beautiful private, fenced outdoor area. Enjoy breakfast on the loggia while planning your day, relax in the open space surrounded by Mediterranean greenery, or have a barbecue with your loved ones in the evening. The outdoor showers also have hot water. The pool (with gradual depths suitable for children and adults) offers refreshment on hot summer days. A supermarket is just a short walk away (350 m), and restaurants are 500 m from the property. The sandy Spiaggia di Simius beach is 3 km away, where fine sand and turquoise water create a Caribbean atmosphere. Beach equipment and access to a tennis court (upon reservation and available for an extra fee) are provided.
