Spread over three floors, the property features a living room, kitchen, four bedrooms, and two bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a dedicated workspace for remote work, TV, washing machine, dryer, game console, and books and toys for children. A baby cot and high chair are also available. Please note, there is no air conditioning and no bath towels provided.



Public transport is within walking distance, and a tennis court is a 15-minute walk away. Located in the town center, the townhouse is ideal for enjoying urban life, just 200 meters from the bus and shuttle station.



Please be aware there are several staircases, making the property unsuitable for guests with reduced mobility. Free street parking is available. Pets and smoking are not permitted.



A secure area in the apartment is available for skis, poles, or a few bicycles.



Bed linen and towels are not provided, except for a fitted sheet for the main bedroom’s large mattress. Bedroom 1 has a 180x200 bed with a double duvet. Bedroom 2 offers two 90x200 beds that can be joined, with either two single duvets or one double duvet. Bedroom 3 includes a 140 bed with a double duvet and an extra 90x190 sofa bed. The dormitory has five 90x200 beds with duvets.



The property encourages waste sorting and provides more information on site. Energy-saving lighting is installed. A convenient check-in system is available.
