- LIVING ROOM adjoining the KITCHEN with sofa bed, coffee table, sideboard, Smart TV, dining table with chairs, split A/C and access to the veranda;

- KITCHENETTE with gas hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, wine glasses and various kitchen utensils;

- BATHROOM 1 with raised shower cubicle, sink, bidet and WC;

- Covered TERRACE (access from the kitchen) with sea view, furnished with table, awning, chairs and sun loungers;

INTERMEDIATE LEVEL:

- BEDROOM 2 with two single beds, wardrobe and split A/C;

- BATHROOM 2 with raised shower cubicle, sink, bidet and WC;

FIRST FLOOR:

- BEDROOM 1 with double bed, wardrobe, split A/C and access to the balcony;

- BALCONY (access from the bedroom) furnished with a small table and chairs.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: 400 400 GB WIFI, hot/cold air conditioning (split in the living room and bedrooms), independent entrance, washing machine (in the atrium), fan, small electric barbecue on the veranda, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.

ATTENTION:

- Building on several floors (stairs to access);

- The entrance is from the upper floor where the double bedroom is located;

The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay and there are no spaces shared with the host or other tenants.

Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period of ignition and the daily duration of ignition depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.

Train: The Elmas Aeroporto train station is located less than 300 meters from the terminal. Trains depart approximately every 20 minutes and reach Cagliari central station in approximately 6 minutes. You can buy it at the automatic ticket machines or online at Trenitalia.

- From Cagliari to Villaputzu:

ARST bus: From Cagliari station, take an ARST bus towards Villaputzu. The most common lines are Line 130 or Line 131, which connect Cagliari to Villaputzu. The journey takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.

- From Villaputzu to Porto Corallo:

Local transport: Once you arrive in Villaputzu, you can take a taxi or a local bus to reach Porto Corallo, which is approximately 5 km away.
