Great location, v close to metro, groceries, eateries. We often found google maps and online sites were not to scale, inaccurate, or did not show all street names. While the wifi was excellent inside the accomodation we did not have data or phone plans. So, i would wish for a paper map of the...

"Nous étions 10 dont 4 enfants. L’appartement est tel que décrit dans l’annonce et sur les photos. Il est spacieux et bien aménagé, très confortable. Bien situé dans la ville pour tout faire à pieds. Proche de toutes les commodités mais au calme. L’accueil est parfait. Vraiment une belle adresse !"

"Apartment was exactly as pictured and described and our host Javier was very helpful, from booking a restaurant for our first night to recommending a beautiful cafe & other places to eat. He was so quick to respond to our messages. As others have mentioned, the floorboards are creaky so if you’re a very light sleeper this could be an issue. The location was perfect and we walked everywhere. Highly recommend!"

"This apartment is perfect! Great location -- amazingly quiet at night -- comfy bed, terrific kitchen, high-end appliances, thick towels and fancy shower, lots of storage. Not a huge apartment, but the marvelous use of space makes it seem much larger. Smart TV. Strong WIFI. Groceries, bars, restaurants all around. Lovely walks to all the sights. Highly recommend this apartment!!!"

"We absolutely loved our stay in this little gem of an apartment in Madrid. The location is good, within walking distance of so much you'll want to see in Madrid. The place is small but very well-equipped and immaculately clean. The management company has though of pretty much everything, and they are very responsive and great communicators. "la chaudière de l'appartement est tombée en panne et notre hôte est intervenu dans la 1/2 heure et a remis la chaudière en fonctionnement. Nous avons apprécié la bibliothèque avec ses livres d'art et ces livres en anglais pour débutant. Les chambres avec des doubles fenêtres masquant le bruit de la rue et les commodes et penderie dans les chambres pour ranger le linge. Les commerces et restaurants au pied de l'immeuble Un seul regret le lit parental en 140 et non en 160 mais un matelas néanmoins...
