"The property was as good as all the other reviews state. We had a great time. Beautiful sunsets, quiet, plenty of room. Highly recommend unless you want to be close to lots of things to do which we didn't care about. Don't bother bringing spices. When they say basic spices they mean all the normal ones you could want. "I had a short stay, but this was a great place for me. The house was clean and comfortable, in a nice and quiet neighborhood. I spent a lot of time reading outside, and saw a bald eagle, an osprey (I think), and several blue crabs right by the dock. While it wasn’t very hot during my stay, I appreciated the ceiling fans too. "

"Our group spent a wonderful week at David's lovely and private home! The group included four families with kids ranging in age from 5-16 yo. Everyone had plenty of space - the bunk sleep room was great for the kids. The house was well appointed including kitchenware and comfortable furniture. "Absolutely stunning views, super quiet setting, enjoyed the garden. Wish we had bright paddle boards and kayaks. We did not- failed! The weather was fabulous end of September and the water was not too cold. We had 7 adults and 2 dogs, everyone was very comfortable and had a nice weekend.
