"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Not only is the suite homey and comfortable, but it's within easy walking distance of downtown Clinton and less than 5 minutes' drive from Hamilton College. Our hostess, Dianne, was friendly and easy to communicate with. I'm sure we'll be back!"

"We were going to an event at Turning Stone but the hotel rates were high. We found this property a short drive away and it was nice. We were comfortable watching TV and slept well. There was. Keurig so coffee was a breeze. We would stay again when we go back to Turning Stone."

"Clean, cute, cozy. We enjoyed our keurig flavored coffee each am that hostess provided. Communication was prompt and clear. Loved the wrought iron industrial touches. Very safe and quiet area. Parking suv and kayak trailer comfortable on site! Kitchen well aupplied. Bathroom products so nice, I made sure to locate and buy on way home! Thank you for a delightful stay. "

"Older home in what seemed like an iffy neighborhood (I have never been to Utica prior to this trip so do not know the areas at all just going by how it appeared to me). I took a chance on this new listing because it checked a lot of boxes. Two bedrooms, kitchen, competitively priced, not far from where we had to go for a sports tournament.
