"We had a late arrival due to mixed circumstances and unable to swim at night. We were accommodated by a very generous delayed departure time and pass to the pools. We would have appreciated soap for showers and possibly a snack item or two and condiments for the coffee provided. We were not aware when we went to the pool we needed to take towels with us. "Check was last min we received our code two hours before check in time. This house has a beautiful view but windows were dirty blinds were broken leaving space for people to look in and the railings in the house and on the outside decks are very unsafe. I do not recommend if you have toddlers. Spent most the tim worried my son was going to fall through the rails. It was as clean as a lake house could be I guess. Couches had stuff spilled on them and the bed was so uncomfortable I left a night...

"The property was great with all the lush foliage and lake front spot. The pools were so fun! Swimming dock was enjoyed. The cabin was outdated but we knew that when we booked. Suited our needs. We had an issue after checking in, but it was resolved quickly by staff. Thanks for letting us stay! We will be back"
