Spacious room and bathroom with the usual amenities.
Breakfast was adequate for the price paid for the stay (just to point out that the bread did not need to be packaged as there is a bakery just a few meters from the accommodation).
Very good location, close to the sea and the town centre.
We had dinner at the Antica Pizzeria la Punta. A beautiful place right by the sea where the pizzas are very good.

"What an amazing stay, from the moment you step in you see that a lot of thought was put both to the rooms and the public places. We enjoyed our stay and Stefano's hospitality.
The location is a bit isolated and you will need a car but that's also what makes it great, few minutes walk from various beaches the nearest town is only few minutes away.
Unfortunately this time it was a short visit but we will come back for sure. "

"Perfect for my requirements as I spend very little time at the accommodation. It had a bed, shower and a little kitchen so I could make a snack and coffee.
Hosts were excellent in both communication and welcome.
As far as location goes, it couldn’t be better. Right in the centre of Historic Palermo without it. Wing complicated to find or get to. Everything if interest literally 5 to 10 minutes away.
Exceptional value. If this was my property, I’d be charging double! "
"No primeiro momento tivemos um impacto negativo porque o elevador é muito antigo (porta pantográfica) e a recepção fica no 3º andar, mas, quando entramos no quarto a impressão melhorou porque este está recem reformado, embora falte algum acabamento. Mas é um hotel bem simples."
"Overall this was a good budget friendly option. For the price it was cery clean and the staff wre very friendly. I would clarify that the breakfast was only on the first day and only a bag of cookies and a smashed muffin. And while it is close to some areas of interest, i would make sure to get a few bus tickets if you want to venture further than the Norman palace or Palermo Cathedral. "
"Walking up to the property you would think you were in the wrong part of town. Even looking the door you would be skeptical. However, once you enter, everything was fabulous. Great staff, clean property, very nice accommodations. It was evident the property has just been remodeled in some areas and there are some punch-list items that need to be finished. Gym needs more equipment. Aside from that, our stay was great. I would stay again."
"A good place for a short stay to visit Palermo. A lot of free carpark places nearby, I was lucky to get a spot right in front of the entrance door :) 10-minute walk from the main city center, however it's good to wander around since it's a very Palermo real-spirit zone with a lot of cheap, tasty food and coffee options. The room is modern with perfect mattress and spacious bathroom. The only drawback is that it's not soundproof - you hear everyone walking in the corridor as well as other Guests...
