"Well, our usual go to place but this time, the pool was cold (turn the heat up) there was a damp towel folded up and left on the shower floor!!! Only one pair of earplugs for two people!!! The pool needed a good cleaning!!! The room is minimalistic but why just one lamp and on the rest, try two!!! Will rethink about booking again!!! Needs some work and now you have to pay for parking, really!!!"

"This property was renovated recently, was super clean and offered everything you could want in a studio. Cold ac, a new washer and dryer, nice sheets and towels and all hard surface floors. Beware that there are stairs and the area around the property is very dense, so parking may be a block or two away. I did get barraged with at least a dozen messages between the host and Expedia, so they need to figure the communications piece out. Would definitely recommend for a solo business traveler like...

"My daughter’s sorority hosted a Mother’s weekend and I came out. This location was so great. It isn’t within walking distance, but fortunately I had access to a car. The property manager is very communicative. The space is so cute! The set up is so functional and cute. The bed is very comfortable (I usually do not sleep well while traveling) and I slept great. I will definitely look to book this again!"

"We liked the location. We were given the wrong password for wifi, there was 1 1/2 bathrooms not 2 like advertised, floor tiles were loose in upstairs hallway, soap dispenser was falling off wall, we ran out of toilet paper and dish soap, missing one remote for tv, dishes were dirty in the cabinet. We contacted the service manager for remote, toilet paper and soap but got ni response. He did give us the correct wifi. "

"We didn't see from the pictures how small the room was - no place to hang anything, 2 kitchen style chairs to sit on, and only one bench to put luggage on. Very cramped feeling. Outdoor space was helpful as a place to eat or relax. Pool was clean and a nice area to go to. It was stated that they provide coffee, but it proved to be a Nespresso machine which didn't work very well and not many coffee pods. "The property met our needs for two couples quite well. It's in a great location for traveling around the area, as you get to major roads and the freeway quickly. "Martijn’s house was fantastic for me, my wife, our three adult children, spouses and grandchildren! We spent busy mornings around the Scottsdale area and most afternoons enjoying the private pool, hot tub, cornhole and putting green! Even with nine people we had more than enough room. Great, fully supplied kitchen…hot showers…big bedrooms… nice indoor living area to watch a movie. Many attractions within a short drive, easy access to gas and groceries. Wonderful family time at nearby Papago Park...
